Sebastien Dearil
Sebastien, the last surviving member of the Dearil crime family (an infamous criminal enterprise operating all throughout England) was thrust abruptly into the world of The Lower Realm, finding himself dead from the fall into the depths. Fortunately- or unfortunately- he was revived by a being known as ‘The Plagiarist’, and found himself reborn in a patchwork body… unable to die. His goal? Save the world from The Plagiarist’s prophecy, which foretells of a great catastrophe to both realms, acting as ‘The Hangman’ to kill the Ministers who may be the catalysts to this event.
Sincarion Nyxshame – Minister of Stoneyork
The most widely-known and feared Minister, Sincarion Nyxshame, is the Minister of Culture, Entertainment, and Medicine, and also the Minister of Stoneyork. The most proficient blaichor manipulator in all of Sub-Albion since she was just a child, Dorcha, adopted child of Sincarion, is the Minister of Nachtpool. She presides over the Blaichoric Academy there, tearing apart its historic walls to fuel her own bloody research. Dark ambitions lie behind her childish hunt for knowledge…
Seis – Minister of Burhningham
There is no man in Sub-Albion who can spark as much primal fear as Seis does in those he faces on the battlefield.
